Create one's world

Advent calendar - day 7

Dearest beautiful stranger,

This portal is a turning point. Are we really going to choose to cast off and commit to this great adventure that is our life? Or are we going to give in to the addictive habits that have kept us chained for years?

I would like to pay tribute here to all those stars around us that watch over us and are there with us every step of the way. Yes, some call them stars, others fairies, and still others guides. Some are aware of the invisible army standing behind them, ready to remove any obstacle that might hinder the pursuit of this adventure.

But over the years, for many reasons, we have stopped calling on them, and they have become increasingly transparent. Their voices have diminished to whispers in the hubbub of our busy lives. To begin to perceive their guidance, however, all we need to do is ask a question and forget about it, keeping faith that an answer will be provided when we are ready to listen, to see the signs and, above all, to interpret them.

Of course, this begins with creating a safe space where faith can grow gradually. A cocoon where we can settle down as we are, where we can learn to set our boundaries and put ourselves back at the centre of our practices. The art of contemplation allows us to cultivate faith. It frees us from our tendency to always see and anticipate the worst.

To support us in this practice, Lydia Laschon suggests aritual using the essential oil ‘On Guard’. On Guard protectsand cleanses. It cleanses so deeply that it frees you from negative energies. It pinpoints repressed emotions. A magical oil to have in your first aid kit. It opens doors that we had once locked tight..

One drop of onguard essential oil in your hands.

Warm. Breath 3 times.

 2. Diluted on the sternum.

 3. 3 drops in a diffuser

4. Bonus :

A hand on your chest :

 “I am safe and protected."

This ritual and the essential oil associated with it allow you to settle into a space where your whole being can open up and contemplate the doors that are double-locked and prevent you from opening your heart, from transforming non-love into love. It is about connecting your logical mind to compassion and your heart. The world is at your feet. All you have to do is create it.

You are safe and protected.

What do you want to create in this life or in preparation for another?

With love and light,

Clara J.

PS : Let us be ambitions, Let us dare to be divine <3

"Break through into the timeless. This requires that we snap our addictive habits, that we break our attachments. That’s the true power of this Siddhi. It blows your reality. It makes a mockery of the future. It laughs in the face of the past..". Dare to be Divine, Richard Rudd, Gene Key 5
