Dearest beautiful stranger,
It has been a week since we began our journey, a week since we started opening the doors of this advent calendar together and travelling thanks to essential oils. Today, we may feel as though we have reached a plateau, and this feeling of stagnation has almost driven us mad.
The next chapter of this odyssey asks travellers to clarify their intentions, their desires and wishes, and to develop their listening skills. We often think about our ability to listen to others, but I would like to focus here on our ability to listen to ourselves and how we can refine it in order to hear those inner voices that have been whispering to us for years
To do this, I would like to introduce a more regular practice. It involves asking yourself a single question when you wake up in the morning and at each change of cycle during the day:
What do I need right now? Do I need calm? Do I need to move? Do I need to create? Do I need a break? Do I need to talk to someone?
Whatever comes up, let's honour this request from our body, our mind, our soul, our heart.

Ritual bring back energy
1. Gently shake your whole body for 20 seconds.
2. Inhale 2 sec – Exhale 4 sec (6 times).
3. Open your chest, shoulders turning backwards.
4. Tap softly (shoulders, thorax).
5. EO : Peppermint or Air.
Thanks to today's ritual, we will be able to get up from the rock from which we were contemplating this mountain landscape and resume our walk. Let us take up our pilgrim's staff and continue our ascent with courage and determination.
