Ahimsa
"I take the Vow of Ahimsa
I make inner harmony my first priority
I take the Vow of Ahimsa in my thought,
word, and action "Bri Maya Tiwari
The degradation of our environment that we are causing around us has long left me speechless, appalled, saddened, devastated. A feeling of profound violation of the earth. Then I understood that healing the planet depends above all on our own healing, on our own awareness, on the bond we choose to cherish first and foremost with ourselves.
When we choose to take care of ourselves, we take care of the earth. When wedecide to move and breathe more consciously, the earth moves and breathesagain in rhythm. When we hold our breath and we are tensing ourselves, the earth and the world around us experience this too..
As above, so below.
Nothing is created, nothing is lost, everything is transformed.
The smallest of our actions, however insignificant, has repercussions greater than we could ever imagine.
Let us therefore make conscious choices: let us choose life, let us choose to reconnect with ourselves, to reconnect with that little voice whispering within us. Let us cherish our connection to life, and our wish to protect and defend the planet will be granted.
Let us choose harmony, that sacred clearing where the world is transformed into paradise because we cultivate it within ourselves.
So, for this ritual of the 16th gate, I invite you to gather together, take a little time out of your day and contemplate. This micro-break will allow the giant wheel that spins at breakneck speed and crushes everything in its path to slow down. The collective will then breathe and perhaps awaken from the world in which it was imprisoned: that of illusions.
Because ultimately, we all cherish the same dreams: a life and a planet where it is good to live, where wonder and enchantment are commonplace. The dream is reality. You just have to believe in it.
A world in harmony already exists. All you have to do is create it for yourself. So let's repeat this word, breathe it in, anchor it within ourselves.
AHIMSA
1. Breath.
2. 1 drop Wild Orange.
3. Hand on your heart, sweet orange light.
4. Stretch.
May we cultivate patience and cherish even our smallest dreams, for the journey towards the essence of our being begins with a vision, that of a world where harmony is the constant.
With love and light, my stardust, and I will see you tomorrow for the 17th gate.
