My dearest beautiful stranger,
Fatigue is setting in. The holidays are approaching, and New Year's rituals are being prepared. We seem almost discouraged. Exhaustion threatens to overwhelm us. Will we even have the energy to see it through? Yes, we are long-distance runners. We will find that perseverance—that quiet but powerful strength, that fire that flows through us like a river. When faced with difficulty, we will respond with gentleness and kindness, slowing down without stopping, except for a brief pause to catch our breath and take in the landscape that stretches out before us. And if, despite everything, a heaviness remains, let us simplify our lives and our obligations. Let us remember the child within us and start playing again.
I am sometimes surprised to see how serious and intense the spiritual world has become, how highly it holds itself in esteem, how moralising it has become, sometimes bordering on such a dogmatic approach that it makes me want to detach myself from it as much as possible.
Yes, where have the wonder and lightness gone? The innocence and desire to play, to admire the sunsets, to run aimlessly in the evening, to scan the sky for hours in search of shooting stars, to race snails while making bets, each more absurd than the last...
The most beautiful magic lies in simple things: those moments when the world stops, when we get together and laugh for hours. Those moments when we gather around a campfire, a raclette or fondue machine in the middle of a deserted courtyard and start talking about everything and nothing. Yes, for me, these moments are more real, more authentic, much more redeeming, healing and magical than any retreat led by a so-called shaman...
So, yes, I wish for us to get back to playing, to forget the trivial things (age, career, ego, salaries, cars, houses) and get back to basics (daring to live life to the fullest in moments that are worth it). To tell ourselves that if tomorrow we were to leave this planet, we would not regret those moments..
So let's have the courage to make time for these moments that matter, despite fatigue and stress! Today's ritual supports us in this process:
1. Hand on your heart - 3 long breaths.
2. “What do you wish for today ?"
3.say YES.
4. Essential oil : Balance in your hands.
What intention do we want to focus on? Let's anchor ourselves in this intention and catch our breath.
Let's have the courage to make time for these moments that matter, despite fatigue and stress!
I hope we dare to embrace life and say yes to it with open arms and open hearts.
See you tomorrow, my stardust, for another ritual!
Clara J.
