Ritual:
1. Posture
Sit down . Your feet anchored into the ground
Let your shoulders drop
2. Breath
Inhale through the nose for 3 seconds
Exhale slowly for 6 seconds
Repeat 3 times. Nothing to do. Just BREATH
3. Honoring your body
One hand on the heart.
One on your belly.
Feel the rhythm of your breath.
4. Your intention for this month :
Choose a word that first comes to your mind,
softness, gentleness, strength,...
This word will guide you throughout your journey.
5. Option : use essential oil
1 drop of sweet orange or lavender in your hand. Rub your hands.
